Bookings must be made at least 12 hours in advance (preferably earlier to ensure you get the session you need) and alteration must be approved at least 24 hours before the session. Please bear in mind that we may not always have slots available for your dog on short notice. You can book up to 6 months in advance on the website and if you would like to reserve a pet sitting date further in advance just send us a message.

Male dogs must be neutered if over the age of 12 months. Female dogs do not need to be spayed however we will not take them out with other dogs if they are in season.
Does my dog need to have perfect recall?
No! We always hold social sessions in secure dog fields so they will be safe no matter their level of recall. We do require a basic standard of recall to return dogs to the van at the end of a social session. Support for dogs with lower recall skills can be disscussed at the induction meeting. Weekend walks and sitting can be on lead if required.
Do you accept all dogs?
We accept all legal breeds, ages and sizes of dog. For our social sessions your dog must not have any aggressive behaviours and have basic trainng. We try our best to make resonable adjustments for any medical or behavioural difficulties your dog may have. These will be assessed on a case by case basis.
How do I book a social, weekend walk or dog sitting?
It’s easy! Send us a message from the ‘contact us’ page telling us a little about you, your dog and the service you require. We’ll then email you with all the nessaary information and book you in for an introduction meeting. After your introduction meeting you’ll be able to book sessions using our website. As weekend walks and dog sitting bookings are more personalised we advise disscussing your options with us before booking on the website
How will you transport my dog?
In comfort! We use a custom built van made with your dogs safety and comfort in mind. To find out more visit our about us page.
My dog isn’t crate trained, can I still use your services?
Yes you can! If your dog is nervous or simply has never travelled in a crate before we can help. During the induction meeting we can work with your dog to get them used to the crate. If a few sessions are needed to get them comfortable, this is absoloutly fine. Our service starts from pick-up and ends with drop-off, all of this time your dog’s comfort is our priority.
Social Sessions
How many dogs will my dog meet?
Most groups will be between 3 and 8 dogs.
What time will my dog be taken out and for how long?
We are currently running morning and afternoon socials available Mon- Fri. Morning socials between 09:00 – 12:00 include 30 minutes of play. Afternoon socials between 13:00 – 17:00 include 60 minutes of play. Individual dog walks are available on request.
Your dog will be with us for travel time plus their 30/60 min play time, usually 1-2 total hours depending on distance.
Where will you take my dog?
We only use secure dog fields for socials. This means that your dog will have plenty of space to run, sniff and play but will be safe from danger such as traffic, unknown dogs and getting lost. Even dogs with weaker recall can enjoy some off-lead freedom with their new friends.
Dog Sitting / weekend walks / drop ins
Do I need an induction to use your sitting or weekend walk service?
Yes. We will need to meet you and your dog to discuss your needs at an induction meeting before we can sit or go on a weekend walk.
Does my dog need to go on socials if you are dog sitting them?
No! Pet sitting is a seperate, though connected service. We have many options for your dog when we sit them, from a quick toilet break to long personalised walks. Of course they are welcome to join a social session (Mon-Fri) if this is appropriate. Sitting is also available as an overnight service without day-time walks.
How long can you sit my dog for?
As long as you need us! There is no set limit on dog sitting, from 15 minute drop ins to week long sits and beyond. We will assess each case depending on the length of time you are away, needs of the dog and our availability, keeping your dog’s comfort and security as our priority.
Can you sit other pets or only dogs?
We can sit other pets although our specialism is dogs. Contact us to disscuss your situation further.
