Payment policy

-Website bookings require immediate payment in order to complete booking.

-Other payments will be due 7 days after you receive your invoice.

Payment methods accepted: online payment though the booking website, bank transfer or cash.

Socials:

-You are eligible for a full refund upto 7 days before the booking date. 

-You are can reschedule your booking up to 24 hours before the booking time.  

Sitting, independent walks, drop ins and weekend walks:

-You are eligible for a refund up to 31 days before the start of your booking. (The refund for any pet sits will not include the 25% deposit)

-You may request alterations upto 14 days before the service start date.

– We endevour to fulfill all requests however we are limited by availability.

-We may need to cancel your booking due to severe illness or injury, extreme weather conditions, unforeseen circumstances e.g. vehicle breakdown or other situations making it unsafe to operate. In this event you will be eligible for a refund or alternative services.

Payment details are held securely by the booking website provider (simplybook) and the payment processor (Square). Cosy Pup Ltd does not have access to this data.

-We only store and use your data to facilitate and improve our services. No other data will be held.

-Our booking website (simplybook) has its own terms and conditions which you must agree to before creating your account.

-All personal and medical data held by us will be stored on a password protected device.

-A copy of the information held may be requested at any time and will be provided within 7 days.

-The provider may take photos and record videos of the dog(s) including the dogs’ names and homes (e.g. during sits) for promotional purposes unless expressly requested not to by the client.

-All timings are approximate and may change from day to day as we have a diffent schedule each day and are impacted by traffic conditions.

-Pick up afer 8:00 and drop off before 12:00 (AM) or pick up after 13:00 and drop off before 18:00 (PM).

60 min of field time includes entry, play with other dogs, toys and treats (where appropriate), cuddles, fresh water, towel dry/wash and exit.

-Dog’s water filled and food provided if required.

-Dogs may be removed from the social if deemed nessesary for a health and/or safety concern.

Independent walks

-All timings are approximate and may change from day to day as we have a diffent schedule each day and are impacted by traffic conditions.

Independent walks Mon – Fri:

30 min visit.

-Dog’s water filled and food provided if required.

-Dog walked on lead in local area and returned to the home.

Weekend walks:

1, 2 or 3 hour visit.

-Dog’s water filled and food provided if required.

-Dog walked on lead in local area or transported to another suitable location and returned to the home.

Sitting

-Dog care in your home.

-Single bookings may cover upto 2 dogs as agreed at time of booking.

-Dog’s usual routine followed as far as reasonably possible and agreed in advance via the signed pet sitting agreement.

-Dogs may be left unattened for no longer than the agreed period of time.

-A single pet sitting booking during weekdays includes access to 1 AM and 1 PM social each day.

Additonal dogs may be added as agreed at time of booking.

How to book

This booking process is only for clients who have met us at an induction as we are unable to provide any service without first meeting you and your pup. If you have any difficulties using the website or with booking availability, send us a message and we can help you out.

1 Navigate to the booking website
using the button ‘Book a service’ at the top of this page.

2 Click ‘book now’.

3 Scroll down to select a service category.

4 Scroll down to select the specific service. 

5 Select a week from the calendar and an available time slot below the day.

6 You can then either sign in, create an account with Google/Facebook or create an account using your email.

7 Complete the short form with details about your booking, use the text box at the bottom to add anything else that we might need to know. The form will remember your answers for next time.

8 ‘Add another service’ will take you back to the ‘select a service’ page. You cannot remove the most recent service added to the basket but you can remove earlier services.

9 Check your booking details and click ‘Confirm booking’.

10 Ensure that ‘Square’ is selected and click ‘Proceed’.

11 Enter your card details and click ‘pay now’ to complete the booking.

12 You will be sent a booking confirmation and invoice to the email you provided.
